Keeping PM's

I have a few PM's I need to save but need to save them out of the mail system. I made a folder in the mail system and have moved stuff to that folder but the system counts those as part of the 50 messages. I can't figure out how to move them out of the TDR system and into my files on the word system. My system is filling up and I need to make room without deleting the files.



Is this possible to do?

Cut and Paste into My Documents. Or you may be able to simply go to file and, "Save As", and give it a name.

Scroll down to the bottom of your PM list and you'll see "Download all private messages as: XML | CSV | TXT". If you click on one of those you can save all of your PM's to your PC in one of those formats. You'd probably want to save it as a TXT file.

Thanks Steve. I tried to copy and paste but it wouldn't work(or I was doing it wrong!)



Wasn't sure what all those formats were. I'll try that.
