I had the kelly trailbuster 285/75/16 E load as my last set. For the money they were great. I dont think you can beat kelly tires for the money. My dad has the safaris on his work truck in 265/75/16 D load, and he is getting good wear out of them. I just switched to general grabbers back in the fall, and like them, but the kellys when I had them put on were about $580 out the door, I know you cant get them for that anymore.

Don't know about the Trex series on a cummins truck, but I have had excellent luck with Kelly Safari AWR LT's on prior fullsize vehicles. Never had a flat(even though I picked up some screws along the way) and they wore even with great mileage.

Thanks for the feedback on tread wear that was one thing I was wondering about. I wish I could still get a set for $580 as each tire now is $193 plus mounting. I will have to post a picture of the tread and tires when I get them on.
