Key in ignition sensor

I would like to diconnect the "key in ignition" feature on my new 2004. I have the CD Shop Manual, but can't locate the correct wire. When I camp I sometimes like to open the doors to enjoy the sound system.



I did this to my 96 and it was easy to locate.



I realize the chime system enables other alarms and I don't want to disconnect them.

You have to cut the light blue wire coming from the ignition harness. You can see it when you look at the lower left side of the steering column. At least it was light blue on my '03

When you cut this wire, what other systems (if any) are effected?

I think I read someplace that some of the wiring was different color on the 04 from the 03. Not sure if it's only a few or if everything is changed.
