Keyless entry stopped working

I have a 2003 HO with the keyless entry. It just stopped working. I thought it was the battery in the FOB but I tried the other FOB and neither would work. I also tried to reprogram them using the owners manual instructions. That didn't work either. Has anyone else had this problem or knows how to fix the problem. Thanks.

When I installed the module on my truck I noticed it didn't fit very tightly - maybe yours has come loose. It only takes about 5 minutes to remove the instrument cluster and check it out - it's a black module that's plugged into the back of the cluster.
