keyless entry

my keyless entry on my 98. 5 is not working when I go to lock the doors while the truck is running. It used to work when new and all the way until a year ago. I've replace the batteries and switched remotes and it still does not work. I works fine all other times. I wonder if the remote itself is bad or programming in computer is bad any help?









1998. 5 Auto, 4x4, Banks TLC, DTT TC & Vb, 98,000 miles & running strong.

Ques//!??

A) did the dealer do a "famous reflash"?

B) did you add any electronic "gadgets"? They could be "blocking" the signal (mine wont lock around AC power tools when running)

C) just some guesses but no solution. 2 way radio installed and still "on"?? turn off and see if works.

D) had this happen 1 time in a truck stop and there was a "lowered" rider close - his amp?
