2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission kill switch for 24valve

how do you make a kill switch for a 24valve. The big thing now to pull is to have a kill switch that is either fuel shut off or air shut off... any ideas?

yea to pull my truck not a anti theft switch. To pull in this one county you have to have drive shaft loops, kill switch and transmission blanket. Man i hope no other places implement this for a stock truck pull! I dont even know where to begin where to start to make something like this for my truck.
