Does anyone make injectors for an 05

I have the HTB2 installed on my 05. I have the stock exhaust less the cat, and a MAC intake. The filter minder will open fully as if the filter was plugged up as soon as I step on it. If I REMOVE the filter altogether it will also show that it is plugged up. I have never heard of this, have any of you? Now for part two.

I installed the new turbo about a month ago. I have the Bully Dog DL and a Edge EZ. With the downloader on Extreme and the Edge on 3, I will only get about 36-40 lbs MAX. I have the boost elbow with the tiny hole and relief hole drilled out. Just as a test I removed the wastegate hose and I did not gain a single pound of boost. I know that these turbos will spin up to 60~ lbs or so with the WG disabled, but mine will not. I have checked for intercooler hose leaks but they are all tight and in place. Does anyone out there have a clue as to why I am not boosting ~50-55 lbs? HELP!!!

I just installed a HTB2 on my truck. It will pull the filter minder down quite a bit. Mine will only boost 35-36 lbs on level 5/5. On level 6/6 it will hit 40 lbs. Yours is a larger Killer B and may need more fuel. Level 5/5 is very strong and 6/6 is awsome. I will run it on David's dyno as soon as he has time.

Keep me posted. On a gas car I know boost is solely based on RPMS and the size of the turbo. Is boost only increased via fuel on a diesel? If so I need to get some injectors FAST!!!

What are you using as a boost gauge, if you are using the out look it uses the map senser and only goes so high in it's reading, also what air cleaner are you using if you are using the stock air box it will not flow enough air for the HTB2 Turbo

I can easily get 40 psi with my box on 5/4. That's where I usually run it. More boost than that's off the map so I'll need a second charger before I try it. Don't worry about the filter minder, mine will pull down on a 10psi run. They're barely adequate for a stock intake IMO.

KOOPDADDY Mine does the exact same thing but do not worry about it, that Killer B is just moving so much air and I think that were the filter minder is on the Mac torque tube is in a spot where the air is very turbulent. As far as your boost goes they come from HTT set to between 35 to 40psi, I had to adjust my waste gate up a little but nomatter what if you are plugged into the map sensor it only goes up to 40psi.
