Why does this **** me off so bad?

anyone have a Kimber firearm? i was looking at a Pro cdp 2.

they look pretty awesome and i carry an xd-40 anyway so im not worried about the size of it... just wondered if there worth 1300 bucks

A very awesome weapon indeed. I have an SF buddy of mine who has one, and I tried to buy it from him, but he wouldn't let it go. I bought his Sig Pro 2340 instead. I like the fact that I can interchange the barrel to a . 357 if I want. It has good balance and very little kick.

I have a stainless target II in 38 super. It's a real nice gun and handles 9x23 fine with only a recoil spring.

I have a Nowlin 9x23 match barrel that I planned to have installed, but I really dont see the need.

The only thing I did to it other than the heavy recoil spring is a Cylinder & Slide trigger set. It's now crisp @ about 3. 5 lbs. :D..... Oh yea, and a set of nice grip panels. :-laf

you will like the gun, it will last a lifetime , the cylinder &slide part # is cso94 i do my own triger jobs and set mine at about 1. 5 lbs take it to a gunsmith that works with 1911's all the time it will make a lot of difference

i have a pair of team match II's one in . 45 and the other in 38 super and both are pretty sweet, i squared up the trigger surfaces on the . 45 and it hit right at 4. 5# from the stock 5. 5# i bought that one new my super already had a major trigger job just done on it just before i got it and was 1. 5# but after i broke it in it came up to around 1. 7# (i don't carry this one :D ) the only problem i've seen with kimbers is on the adjustable sights the ring can spin off and get lost, the screw on one side and the ring is on the other and what holds the ring is a punch mark on the end of the screw, most of the ones i've seen weren't good enough to hold the ring but a dab of locktight gets it, one of mine was about to spit and i got after the other before it loosened but i've seen one or two go bye bye at the range during a match

i love my 650 and it's always fun to amaze someone that you can crank out 50 rounds in a couple minutes, my uncle is still talking about it a month later compared to a rock chucker :D i don't know what id to if i had to go back to a single stage

Ahhh a fellow Dillon owner. I have the 550.

My brother has the super 1050 (in addition to a 550). He loves it!

About the only thing I've heard bad about the Dillons is my brothers vibratory cleaner. It's the big one... . FL 2000? I forget.

WEll he's had it back a few times, but he's a VERY HIGH volume shooter.

He has sponsors etc. etc.

I think he kept burning out the motor.

I suggested a small cement mixer. :-laf

actually i know a guy who uses a small cement mixer for his brass :D
