Kit for Chevy Cummins Conversion

I have a buddy with a 1994 4X4 Chevy Crew Cab dually with a 6. 5 that blew up with 95,000 miles on it. He wants to put a Cummins in it but can't find anyone that wants to do it or anyone who makes a kit for it. He has already put a Cummins in a 1984 4X4 Chevy Crew Cab but the guy who did that conversion said he would never do one again. Does anyone know of anybody that will do a conversion or has a kit for this? He says he wants his pickup to be able to keep up with mine!!!
