OK i got the frame of my site down... i have the logo on top the bar with all the words on it for the hyperlinks and on the site i have a bar running vertical with all the links on it. This is how i want every page... I am using Frontpage . So my question is How do i make this the default for all my pages on my site?

We use server side includes on our site. you mightnot be able to do that. IIRC, there is a setting in Front Page that will allow you to insert a header or footer on each page on your site. That should be your header.
