Kodiak Steps for a Mega

I had Kodiak steps on my 97 and liked them. I want to get them again for my Mega, but it appears they don't make them for the Mega. I am guessing that I can use the 06 Reg or Quad cab steps for the front, but am wondering if anyone has tried putting them on the back doors. Or if anyone knows if they are going to make them for that specific purpose. Thanks
