2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Kool vue towing mirrors

Is anyone using these? What kind of quality are they?

I was thinking about converting some third gens to use on my '01 but if these are decent they maybe another way to go.

Use the search forums option on the toolbar and search for the thread. The complete instructions have been posted several times and I know one thread had pics.

The third gen. mirrors can be converted.

I just saw these on e-bay looking for donor mirrors for a good price for a conversion.

I was just thinking if these were any count it may be a better way to go.
