I am looking to buy the KORE HD leveling kit for my 2003 4-door 4x4 3500. Any recommendations on where to purchase and how much it costs? I was told this is a great kit and I need high quality as I am installing larger wheels/tires.

Thanks for the help!

So none of yall have any suggestions? Any vendors want to chime in? I want to purchase asap. Looks like a nice system. Have any of yall tried it?

I purchased a 99 w2500 with a 4~6 inch lift Kore suspension and I have noticed driveline vibrations from the rear under high power (WOT) and also from the front when in 4x4 at even low speeds due to what I believe are excessive driveline angles, I'm working on verifying this. There have been extensive mods to this vehicle prior my purchase and I'm working on sorting out these problems.

Other than that the quality of the system looks 1st rate.

The Kore Chase system on my '99 only raised the front 2 1/2" max and rear 1". No driveline vibes. Carli,Lorenz and Kore minimize their lift heights to conform to factory parameters. You might have a different system or one that has been altered or supplemented.

The KORE HD Leveling System price:

I read about this system in TDR issue #55. The article is by Scott Dalglleish (Back In The Saddle) page 87.

He had just installed one and quoted an MSRP of $565 with Bilstein shocks.

I called KORE yesterday and they had one of their retailers from San Diego call me and quoted MSRP at $795.

I was going to order one for $565 but I'll keep shopping at $795.

You definately should check out what other components you have on your truck. The Kore suspension was never designed to yield 4-6 inches of lift, maybe 3 at the most in the front for a 2nd gen. I am not saying you don't have a Kore suspension, but I bet you have other additional products on your truck. 4-6 inches lift in the front will definately give you the symptons you are experiencing without modifying the pinion angle.

Kore Correction, I contacted Kore and they said I had the leveling kit based on the front coils spring #s T Rex DDP 410 (looks jacked up thou) They also said that I need limit straps. I believe I also found the front end vibration. The other day after I used 4wd shortly after I disengaged it the front shaft fell down and broke my transfer case (really broke) the reason was the circlips on the ujoint caps were never installed (previous owner) and the shaft was not running true. 1 of the caps fell out and totally destroyed it!

There's a lot of truth in the saying if you want it done right do it yourself.

I just purchased the leveling kit from Lorenz Industries. Same shocks, springs, drop blocks as Kore but for $550 from Lorenz. Also purchased rear Bilsteins as well to match. Kore is $795 for the exact same kit. The only place to buy Kore is dealer but you can purchase Lorenz on line at lorenzindustries.com By the way excellent customer service from Sean at Lorenz!!!
