I saw the program too

I saw the program too. Ah Oh...

I want that system BAD. I've spent hundreds of hours on Baja roads. I am really happy that some one finally came up with a proper setup for our trucks. My only problem is I bought the Class 2 Skyjacker kit for all 4 corners and Blistein 5100 shocks a couple years ago. The Skyjacker kit made a huge difference in the ride and handling of the truck, but I know the KORE system is another level up in ride and handling. I am trying to figure out how to come up with the $3500 :D

I'm on a mission :-laf

Sweet Greg! Just watched it. Beautiful project and kit. If I wasn't halfway into my air ride, and wanted more offroad racing ability, I would definitely consider it.

It was a good show - the only error I heard was they kept referring to the kore wheels as 20 inchers. Either they screwed up or there is a larger size rim that I'm not aware of. .

The wheel change was a Banks thing. Banks is planning on selling complete trucks with KORE and new Banks system. Probably won't be cheap.

I noticed that... I wonder why Banks wouldn't use the KORE Welds? In my opinion the 20" looks like too much wheel and not enough tire. Does that wheel have the correct specs. ?

The wheel tough? Heck yeah! FORGED ALuminum. The spokes that are on it are thicker than it looks. I am getting the Ricksons Forged aluminum classic style 19. 5" rims and tires.

The tire is upwards of a E rating and in the fast running like they were doing on the show, it makes for a more controlled handling. No tire roll over.

Did I hear them say that they made the wheel opening larger? I don't think they said anything about the size of the tires, but in the demo they did with the stock tire next to the large tire, I think they said it was a 37" tire. All the calculations they did on the blackboard used a 37" tire also. I was thinking of going with the Skyjacker 5" system, but now I hear that I may need a transfer case indexing ring and I'd rather not do that. It's an additional $230. Seems like there are some problems with driveline vibration with the Skyjacker/Superlift/Fabtech/TufCountry lifts. I'm sure there are trucks that don't have the problems, but mine probably will :(
