Today I picked up my new truck from Carli Suspension where Sage installed the KORE Performance RACE System on my almost new rig. I drove it 200 miles today and all I got to say is Oo. Oo. Oo. Oo. Oo. Oo.

With less than 1000 miles on this new baby affectionately named the "Desert Limo," we took off this morning in search of some decent bumps with our new KORE RACE System and FOX Shox racing technology. We had to get some testing in right away...

After handling the normally brutal concrete freeways of Southern California without a problem, I immediately headed for some dirt and a little test session. Dang, you know how hard it is to find dirt patch that you can rage arouund in So Cal? Very hard... :{

Nonetheless, we found the spot and mashed the pedal awaiting that first big slam... expecting the Navigation System to immediately bark out, "this is an illegal move" ... the KORE Performance RACE System sucked it all up and we were onward in the dirt.

KORE Performance has once again stepped up the program and in my humble opinion - with only 200 miles on the KORE Race System - I'm once again convinced that Kent and Sarah Mae have got this Dodge suspension wired! :D

Sage at Carli Suspension in Orange, 714. 273. 0278 has got the installation of the KORE Performance Systems down pat. He's worked closely with KORE Founder, Baja 1000 3rd Place Stock Full Finisher, Kent Kroeker, and the clean installation is just one of the many reasons that KORE is the only way to go.

In less than a full-day, you can drive in with a stock truck and leave with a truck that can perform in the dirt, on the highway and still tow your big trailer.

Thanks Kent to your continued efforts in evolving the Dodge Ram suspension to the next level. :cool:

More details (tire size/wheels) and picts please... ... . I am very interested in doing this to my truck! Sounds like an awesome setup and this would be perfect because I am very close to Orange!

I'm just finishing my KORE suspension install today. Wish I could have afforded the FOX shox setup but since what I was after was a plush ride on washboarded roads I opted for the bilstien 5150's. Got the mini-packs installed on the back yesterday and got everything removed from the front end. Can't wait to get it finished today and take it for a ride!

Hey Boyz,

The 19. 5's are in the back of the truck right now... eight tires awaiting the arrival of the wheels for mounting etc. This new truck is the truck that we will haul the trailer around the nation with the off-road truck being fitted for a complete cage and tubed-out bed.

As soon as I have some comprehensive testing with the 19. 5's and the KORE Suspension I'll give you the 411. My take is it'll be a no-brainer... the ride is so plush its incredible.

As most of you know we are running two trucks. One is the Desert Tank, a 99 Dodge SRW 4WD with Alcoas & Toyo 37" Open Country Mud Terrains fitted with a KORE Suspension RACE package... just returned from working the Baja 1000 and it works like none other.

The other is the new Dodge DRW 4WD with the KORE Suspension RACE package... etc. We will be running 19. 5's by early next week once the mounting process is complete etc... I will let you know what's up :D

Full build stories will be published on Off-Road.com's Dodge Ram page...

Merry Xmas boyz!
