Kubota Diesel, good deal or not

Found this B6100 listed locally. Want to get a pto driven tiller to start with for my garden. Will this do the job and is this reasonably priced. I know that Kubota has a good rep but that's about all I know.

Those were made between 1978 & 1984. 12 pto hp. The smallest tiller I have availible is a woods GTC40-2 and it hp range is from 15 to 20 pto hp. In my opinion that should be worth $900. 00 to $1500. 00. I did not look at web site for hours and condition.
