Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Recently I noticed my Snow performance stage 3 water/meth kit had stopped injecting water. I called Matt at Snow and explained what was going on, he told me to remove the controller and send it to Snow and they would check it out and if it was bad they would replace it under warrenty, since I just got it last May from a drawing at the banquet at May Madness. I asked Matt how long would it take for them to check the controller out, if my memory serves me correctly he told me one or two business days. Ok so I removed the the controller, boxed it up and went to the post office around the corner. I shipped it the fastest way offered, this was Wendesday of last week, the controller arrived at Snow at 9:30 Friday, according to tracking, at 6:30 the same day I received an email informing me that Greg of Snow Performance had shipped me a package via Fedex and it is expected to be delivered tomorrow April 2nd so the entire process is taking one week. The email didn't say what the package was so I was wondering if my controller had checked out ok and Snow was sending it back to me, so I called and talked to Greg to find out. Greg told me it's a brand new controller it apparently has a digital feature, my previous one had a bar graph with lights.
Thanks for reading, I just wanted to give Snow performance a well deserved thumbs up and I only wished that other companies that I have to deal with had the same awesome customer service that Snow has.
