i would say you have a boost leak , or have they already gone to blended fuel in your area ? when was the last time you cleaned the filter ???



check the hose clamps from turbo to intake horn .
 
I had the same problem a while back and it was a loose clamp on the hose between the turbo and the intercooler. It was hard to see any thing wrong, but when you feel under the rubber boot at the clamp there was a small gap were air was leaking. I just loosened up the clamp and slid the tube back into the boot and tightened the clamp again. Boost was back and so is power:D
