ladder bar?

could a guy take those tuff country ladder bars from JCW and fit them to a 3rd gen. they say it fits a 1500 94-01 i think. i take it the frames are different so probably some customizing. or do i need those hiem joints? not sure but on the ends for flexability.

also any other info on possibly making a set or sugestions which way to go.
