On our trip down to Mexico while driving on I-5 the lamp out light and chime activated indicating a problem with either the headlights, turn signals or brake lights. At our next stop I checked the TRUCK lights thinking the problem was with the truck, finding no problems I was really confused as to what the problem would be.
At our stop that night my brain finally kicked in and we checked the 5th wheel lights, sure nuff the right turn signal was out on the 5th wheel.
I had an additional 7 prong installed in the bed of the truck, something wrong there, pluged into the factory plug and all worked normal.
If the LAMP OUT LIGHT and chime come on do not forget to check the trailer
