my work truck just crapped out on me and I am looking to buy a new truck to replace my wifes towing rig (99qc) and i'll drive her old one. My question is why are turning radiuses different on laramie's vs. slt's . I can't figure it out and I can't find any discussion about it when I search. Thanks

correct me if I am wrong, but I can't see how the Laramie or SLT would have a different turning radius. they both are the same truck, just different option packages.

Is one 2wd and the other 4wd?

They have the same turning radius. Where did you here they were different?

check out the 4x2 mega cab ,also ground clearance and departure angles differ, ... i wonder if its the tires.

As noted , there will be no difference between the Laramie and the SLT trim. Only in between the wheel base options. The Laramie option package is just that, comfort option's.

And did you think dodge would really add a different steering box on to the same line of trucks except for a trim option?
