Remeber to check inside diameter too. some of the larger aftermarket bars aren't solid, so the larger size doesn't make a difference vs. the factory bar. Try the poly bushings first. this made a huge difference on my truck. Also, if you replace the front bar bushings, purchase bushings and mounts specifically for your model Dodge. The "universal" set they sold me for my truck did not last. the mount broke. The new set they sent me has lasted about 90,000 miles.
