Hi Gents,

Could someone please advise me what the largest tire I can fit on stock rims w/o lifting or rubbing on my 2012 2500 Laramie 4x4 Diesel.

Thank you in advance.

Trent

285's are a good choice, but beware your odometer/speedo will be inaccurate which can technically void your warranty due to a line in your warranty book about ascertaing accurate mileage

I ran the 285/75R-17 on stock wheels instead of the 285/70R-17s to gain another inch of height. I chose Nitto Terra Grapplers for their all terrain tread and reputation for longevity, but I only have 1000 miles on them so I can't comment on that. I do like the handling and quiet operation though. I use my Smarty to adjust the speedo/odo.

I've also read that 295/70R-17s fit without rubbing if you want a little wider tire but I have no personal experience.
