Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Lary-Bs Starter kit.

Installed Larry - b"s starter kit today. Piece of cake. Followed the directions and took me about an hour to do the whole thing.

My truck had over 140,000 on the stock starter and when looking at the contacts that were in there I know that they were on borrowed time. If you havent done this yet do it now, it is cheap compared to a failed starter on the road.

I installed LarryB's kit last Tuesday. My truck has 143,000 miles. My starter was also on borrowed time. Everything is straight forward. When I was done, I remembered there was directions. Oh well.

Hey Dave! Good going. With only 42,000 miles on my rig (you remember, the one from hell) I guess I have a long wait for new contact points. Hee,hee.



I have not forgotten about the libation I promised. I have already purchased it. When I travel down your way, I will drop it off.

I also have a set of new stock contacts. If you ever have problems they will work good also. They are in my tool box so let me know if you have starter problems.
