Archived Last Question!! How do you get the seal in behind the yoke w/o messing it up?!

I want to do this right guys, so help me out! I have all the parts, and Black Betty is aching to run again! How do you get the seal in behind the yoke without mangling it all to shreds? Please chime in!!

i've used a small peice of 2x4 to make sure that the seal goes in straight. once it's started just use a hammer and work your way around it.
