Late shift into OD

How can I get my trany to shift into OD sooner at WOT

I am still waiting to find out exactly what has to happen but apparently you can tap into the wire that tells it to shift to od. and hook it to a toggle then to ground. Similar to tq con. lock up switchs. Just have to find out what wire it is.

Just grounding the OD solenoid does not work. It will turn on the check engine light and go into limp in.
