well im gonna go to the track tonight i read the thread on launching techniques but that was mainly standards. any tips for launching or improving ET's with an auto thanks

well got a 14. 78 @91 ran against a real nice quad cab long bed 4x4 duramax he pulled a 14. 95 @89 he coudnt believe he lost to an automatic 12 valve, said he used to have one and after i told them about their capabilities he wished he would have kept. the best part was finding out he spent over 2000 grand to get his truck to do that ( sounds like alot to me) and i spent less than 1000

JK... where have you been racing??? Have you been out to Praire Hill??? Bro goes out there from time to time to run his IROC from time to time. . but I haven't been out there in years???

Yea my friend was telling me about that ( Brad is his instructor) i went to Temple awfull place i dont want to go there again. When do they run at Prarie Hill 1/4 or 1/8 i am very interested, and i agree we need another meet in the Waco area.

I'll have to ask him. . but when I used to go out there it was friday and Sat nights... the track is 1/4. . but its a little rough. . and it is slick. . Its just an old runway... the track changed owners, and I guess the first owners took the timing equipment,. . so they did not have it all working. . but that was a few months ago. . it should be up and running by now. I know they were racing out there over the Holiday weekend (May 31) especially with the car show in town. .



When did you get the Trany and injectors in... I bet its a different truck now... .

no transmission yet just a shift kit, injectors came about 1 month ago still wating to install my 16 hosing its just sitting here. after that ill put delivery valves and maybe 4 or 5 inch exhaust, after this transmission blows out then i should get a DTT
