laycock overdrive?

i've come across an laycock overdrive but i know nothing about them. it looks like a gear vendor. does anybody know any thing about these? what would be a good price for one of these?

The laycock overdrive is a british unit that was used by Austin-Healy, Truimph, and Volvo.
I have not seen an unit big enough to handle a Cummins. We used to break the units with built 4 and 6 cylinder Austin engines.
