2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Leaf Spring Conversion?

I need some help finding information on a leaf spring swap on a 2500 4x4 diesel. I saw a white 97 in 4 wheel and offroad where the guy swapped in a ford dana 60. Please dont ask why its just a thing id like to do. If you have personal experience in doing a dodge conversion or know of someone that has please post the info on specifics and how I could get a hold of the person. I am very emechanicaly inclined and can do this without a problem but would like to talk with others to see what their experence was
