Competition Stock Motor...How to get 500+ HP?

Competition 241DHD vs 271 TCase front flange seal size?

I'm ordering the caltracs today for the 06 2wd standard cab short bed. . How many leafs can I remove and still tow a car trailer with my race truck on it? I'm for sure removing the overload springs but can I get away with removing another spring and just run 2? Thanks...

Are you looking for a better ride? I think you may just have to try it to be sure, but you will probably need to run air bags if hauling a load to prevent the rear from sagging too bad. You can still let the air out for a softer ride when running empty.

Not to get off subject but do they offer the split mono leaf spring for the Dodge's. I have them on my Comet drag car and love them. Id think they would work well on a diesel racer as well.

I also run the split leaf springs on our 63 max wedge car. The split spring really works. I am not sure if they have it for the truck, but the softer the spring the better, as long as it holds the truck up. The air bag is a great deal, just haven’t tried it yet.

Project X went 1. 62 60' and never squealed a tire. I have a set of 4. 33 gears to install, this should help move the mass better. I have a new 2. 78 first gear in the works and this should also help. I believe that a 2WD street diesel truck with the available power and with the right tuning on the suspension , along with progressive nitrous will run a 1. 40 something 60 ‘

I agree, I thought someone should be running them on there trucks. A friends small block 71 Dart runs 8. 90s on the motor with Caltracts bars and springs on a skinny 10. 5 tire. So I know a truck should be able to do it.
