Leak from rear slider

I got a leak in the truck towards the rear window on the left side. It appears to be the sliding window where it's supposed to seal up against the opening in the body. Has anyone had a problem like this. My truck is starting to stink like wet rug and leather. Forgot to mention it is my new truck... ... ... ... ..... 04. 5 4x4 LWB quad cab

my truck was leaking at the 3rd brake/cargo light. same results (without the leather)

Yeah, I thought of that but it just didn't seem like all that water can come in that way. Did it repair your problem?

it did repair it ( i took the light out and ran a bead of clear silicone around and reinstalled cleaned up excess and that was all) another truck had a rear slider window that when you shut 1 side it would go past center leaving a gap at the side and tricky to catch. hope this helps Ken
