Leaking A.R.E. Z-Series Cap

Anybody else had any issues with leaking A. R. E. caps? I purchased a Z-series for my 2002 Ram long bed, quad-cab and it leaks like a sieve. A. R. E. recently remade the original cap which I had installed on Saturday. It leaks worse than the original. Right now I don't know if this is a cap problem or a dealer installation issue. What I do know is that after paying $1500 for the cap I'm really disappointed.
