Crankshaft

My 98. 5 has been cranking over alot longer before it starts. Idle will surge too. Must be getting air. Then I noticed fuel on my floor. It is dripping off my tank. Its coming from the top side around the fuel lines going in the top of the tank. I wonder if a line is leaking,rusted or cracked. Im gonna have to pull the tank. Anyone have problems in that area. Thanks
