Leaking Trannyfluid

I am in a bind. I am in Green Valley Arizona and my transmission is leaking transmission fluid. I live in Washington state and dont want to drive my truck all the way back with a leak. Its about a drop per minute. Its coming from the plate with the little spout. I am taking it to a local repair shop here in Green valley. Does anyone have an idea why it would be leaking more than normal. .

My cell is 360-302-1083.

Any advice is always appreciated. I am a TDR paying member.

If it's just a small leak it could be the neutral sensor, I've had to replace two in my '07.

That could be a pump seal or it could be the coolant hose under the turbo. Check the coolant hose first you might get lucky.

thanks for the feed back. I will post what they find tomorrow. I hope its just a loose hose. The truck runs great. I got 18. 8 mpg on the way here

good diagnosis cerberuism. It was the coolant hose behind the turbo. They had to order the part from Tucson and are putting it in as I Type. Wish this had happened at home where I had a shop and tools to fix it myself.
Could proubly have made it home but would never hear the end of it if we had broke down in the middle of Nevada.

I was hoping it would be something easy like you said just tighten the hose clamp but the hose was cracked. My truck has 73k on it so it was probably time to replace it. If I was home it would have been another story. $191. 00 parts and Labor. 2 thirds of which was labor. . A good heads up for any of us to check our hoses especially this one behind the turbo before taking a long trip.
