well after 200+ mi on a stock auto it finally went out on me. it is leaking trans fluid out as fast as i can put it back in there. are there any common spots that leak fluid that i can get under there and tighten? this stinks not having my truck. i have tryed looking and there is so much leaking that it is dripping off my tailgate and bumper. so i cant find it. any help would be greatly apperciated.

Cooler lines

Check your cooler lines, where they are hooked to the trans, cross under the bellhousing, and especially where they travel forward beside the engine to the trans cooler up front.

The lines have several places where thay can chafe and wear through the steel lines.

Some years had a recall for the lines and the plastic fittings, you may have to buy the updated lines and fittings.

Let us know what you find.

Hope this helps, Greg L
