so i was eyeballing every inch of my block yesterday, when i found out it was a #53, and i noticed that my stock 215 injectors looked a bit leaky. two of them looked less than dry, but one in particular appears to have a very light ring of fuel in the groove between the nut and the injector.
truck runs fine. no problems whatsoever. should i even worry about this? i dont want to get in there and monkey with it, only to make it worse.
so, now i figure, unless ya'll tell me this needs addressing pronto, ill wait till i get a set of bigger badder better injectors, then deal with it. that'll be a while, since im broke.
anyway, i see most folks go with the 370s. can i use those without changing what i have, a #11 plate, stock clutch and turbo, tst afc spring, 15. 5 timing?
i can smoke like crazy when i want to now, with my afc the way it is up here in the thin air in colorado. do i need a better turbo to burn the fuel i have like a PDR HX35 (can add to it later to make twins!) before i jump to 370s?
basically, id love to bomb alot, but is it a good idea to start with 370s or another injector with my set up as is for now?
