I replaced my A/c compressor, accumulator, orifice tube and temp. sensor today and got the a/c working on my 2005. Then check engine lite comes on and the codes are
P0073- ambient temp sensor high, and
P0107 Manifold pressure low.

I drove to Cincinnati after fixing the A/C (about 160 mile round trip) and other than the check engine light, the truck ran fine and A/C worked great.

Is it safe to go on my vacation tomorrow with these fault codes showing???
Thanks in advance, Doug

Did you disconnect the AIT sensor on the air box and turn the key on? Clear the codes and see if they come back, sounds like the AIT is\was not working.

Just did the same to my truck, got same codes, cleared them with a tuner and they never came back,Take it by auto zone and they will clear them if you don't have access to a reader, Monte

Just a follow up. Unhooked batteries overnite. Left for WV in morning, no codes. Made whole trip 6hrs each way with ice cold a/c and no codes.
