2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission led headlights

Has anyone converted their 2nd gen truck to led headlights ? What was involved, cost, etc ? And do you notice any difference from the oem headlights ?

The best headlight upgrade that I have seen are the headlights that Ozy had in his third gen.

Shoot him a PM, he'll know if they are doable on a second gen.

They are HID I believe and put out a really nice light without blinding other vehicles. He followed me to the house one night and his headlights were not the slightest bit obnoxious in my rear view.

I think this may be the one. Others have used these they are set up correctly and are a true HID as you would find in Mercedes, lexus ect. . You cant just shove a hid bulb into your reflector it must be engineered. Good luck

Here is a quick photo of the stock headlamp vs an LED headlamp. I love them, and I will never go back to HID. I have so much more light on the road and almost never get "flashed" by on coming cars.

I really don't care for the company I ordered them from, so I won't offer them press of any kind. I will say, I didn't have a problem with the LED headlights, but a defect with another pair of lights, my requests and concerns still to this day go unresolved.

All that was on the box was "China" no brand names of any sort. So there's probably one factory cranking out all these kits I imagine.
