Hey everyone,

I am looking for reviews on LED lights from y'all that have them. I am looking at working with Lifetime LED.com

Bulbs for my truck are Low- H11 and High 9005. Also looking at my wife's journey and her's are 9006 low and 9005 High.

Again just looking for reviews and thoughts from yall running LED bulbs. I also have fogs in my truck but I converted those to FOG AND SPOT pods with brackets for back roads.

I have Sealight L2 H11 in my low beams and Sealight L2 9005 in the high beams. The 9005 where not clocked correctly for the truck as they assumed a 0/180 orientation and the truck requires a 90/270 orientation for the mount. I had too remove the clocking collar and drill new holes in the collar to get them working. I'm very happy with the light intensity, pattern and cutoff for both bulbs. Personally I would prefer a 5K bulb but I've only seen LED bulbs in 6K. Sealight now has a S3 that is suppose to be brighter than the L2 I have.

Putting LED bulbs in will require to either add load resistors or get AlfaOBD and set your headlights to HID or LED mode. HID is recommended as it completely disables the PWM which can cause some flicker. If you don't do AlfaOBD or load resistors you will get bulb out warnings and depending on the truck it might even compelely shut off the headlights. (my 06 did that, not sure on the 12 if it will)

Thats why I am working with lifetime LED, supposedly they have figured everything out in their setup and the lights come with a harness that is plug and play and the clocking ring is adjustable to fit if needed.

Just wondering how people are liking the LED lights.

I love my LED bulbs. Hugh improvement over that stock bulbs. The LED bulbs in a stock reflector housing have a better pattern with less splatter than going HID and don't have the warm up issue. Hope this helps.

By the time you send $80 for the 4 sets of cancellers (2 vehicles), you have almost paid for AlfaOBD ($49 for android) and a ELM327 based Bluetooth adapter. (The $20 ones work but a OBDLink MX is recommened). Then you can configure other features on the truck. Things like keeping the fogs on with the high beams, Front windows down with a 2click and hold of the unlock button on the fob. Either way works though.

Yeah going to go ahead and get the AlfaOBD next check. Ive been wanting it for a while but things have been tight. Only reason I am looking at new lights is my current has the driver side out and i hate the halogen crap ones.
