TDR Physical Response to crisis: Any ideas??

Get Your Flags Out!

I never thought of myself a a very patriotic person. I feel very fortunate to be born here and share its freedom, but it never hit me really until this tuesday. Our local radio station here on Kauai played this song and i think we should all go out a request this song on all our local radio stations. For the first time the lyrics really hit home for me. Just my . 02 from a small island in the pacific, thousands of miles away from this horrible event. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone right now. Aloha

...makes me cry...

Can't make it all the way thru the nat'l anthem or Lee Greenwood's song w/o eyes watering and throat gettin' tight. watching "Old Glory" being raised or lowered does the same.

Might take a sec to load -

I'm sure Lee Greewood, who's quite patriotic would forgive this. .

I agree with Rich M. When they were singing "God Bless America" there wasn't a dry eye to be seen.

Lee Greenwood is a true patriot!

Our Radio Station WPOC, plays it once an hour. At a Pee-Wee football game this morning the players entered the feild follwing the Refs who were carrying the FLAG, playing this song, then rolled into the National Anthem. There was not a dry eye in the house.
