Leer Topper Side Window Replacement for 2003 Ram

I managed to break my rear and both side windows on my Leer 100XL topper on my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 crew cab with 6' 4" bed. I won't get into how I did it, but what led to that result, seemed like a good idea at the time. In any case, I have found I can not buy a new topper for that truck from Leer, I can't buy the side windows (replacements for the rear seem available) and I cannot find tinted plexiglass in a size that can be cut to fit. First choice is to fix the top I have, but I will buy a brand new one, if it fits and the price is within the realm of reason.

I doubt Leer makes their own windows. Don't know about prices, shipping, or even if they have exact match, but what about these guys?

What thickness and dim of the side stuff?

I just got some 3/8 heavy duty stuff 24" x 36" flat sheets, it's clear, just get some tint and away you go.

It was a tad pricey, I have some left over if interested and the size is something you can work with.

I have no problem paying it forward and tossing it to you, I backed into a topper when I was a kid and the friends dad let me slide, might just be karma coming back if it works for you.

I don’t know where you’re at, but we have a local glass company that comes to the shop and repairs all kinds of windows on our buses and White Fleet. I’d bet they could repair those windows. I’m sure you have a similar company wherever you are.

I just cut up and disposed of my old fiberglass cap after a tree fell on it. Mine was not Leer, but I saved the rear door thinking somebody could probably use it.

Did you just go to a Leer dealer? I would think a decent glass company would do it.

I want to thank all who replied. I found that Leer does in fact make a topper that will fit this truck. If one does a search on their website for a 2003 truck, they will not get a match. If one searches for a 2008 (same bed) they do. An installer for another brand who also installs Leers put me on to it. Right now I am deciding whether or not I am going to keep the truck. If I decide to keep it, I will put a new Leer Topper on.

Anyone who wants my old shell and the hardware is welcome to it. I removed all of the hardware and moved the shell and hardware to a storage unit. The shell is sound, it has a sliding glass front window that is intact. Anyone who wants to come to the Louisville area to pick it up is welcome to it. I don't like to throw things away.
