My '97 with 133,000 miles on it hit a bump on an entrance ramp at about 50 mph which caused left front wheel to start a violent shimmy. I had to brake hard down to about 20 mph to get it to stop it's wild dance. First time that's happened - memories of my old '53 Army surplus M-38 Jeep. So where do I look for the problem - tie rod ends?
