I can't seem to get the left-rear turn signal to work. I replaced the alleged burned out bulb and no luck. Any ideas? Thanks.

Im chasing the same issue. Only its both rear turn signals and rear hazard flashers. From my beginers use of a volt meter, Ive concluded theres power.
First it was the passenger flash out then a few weeks later the drivers side went. Along with the coresponding hazard blinkers respectively. Im thinking its the TIPM but why would there be power measured on the meter? Fried a relay in the TIPM? Might go to the stealership and have a TIPM flash, but it be nice to figure out the cause first. Perhaps its the multifunction switch on the steering column?
Someday it'll be figured out, till then I'll be the moron driving the white dodge throughout SoCal with no rear signals. My apologies in advance!

Well, yes and no on the TIPM. Good news is you don't have one, bad news you have an FCM that might be the source of the problem. It is the same basic thing as a TIPM, an electornic relay control, and the relays can burn out in them. Not as expensive as a TIPM but not thta cheap either. The relays are soldered in of course so it is perform surgery or buy new. The plastic tail light bar is a more common source of issues if you have not had problems before.
