Ford will be plagued.....

Plugged Fuel Filter?

Having a hell of a time trying to get Dodge corp office to work with me on buying my truck back. I have called and talked with rep's and made a claim & even have a claim #. I sent certified letters to dodge offices with no response after 45+ days.

called my states district attorney's office and they seem to not know what im talking about or care to help direct me which way I need to go.

I have a 06 dodge 2500 that since it was new has been in the shop 5 times going on 6 times. 4 Times for the same issue (leaking main crank seal) the 5th time was for bad sensor, squeeks, rattles & valve ticking. The crank seal is still leaking pretty bad which makes the fan blow oil all over the top of the motor. The valves still tick, the transmission slips in and out of gears while accelerating off from a dead stop. Bottom line there isnt enough time in the world to fix this thing. I can't run a business with my new investment being a shop Queen!

What do you guys think I should do? The dealership acts like they don't know what im talking about. I ask them what to do and they say all the info you need is in your manual.

get a good lawyer who specializes in the lemon law. In California, the vehicle has to only be in the shop for a total 30 days to fix the same problem in I believe a year's time. I had a chevy that I lemon lawed in the first month and one of my coworkers returned an Audi with a bad trans.

Our law in NC is 4 times for the same issue or in the shop for 21 acumulative days for various issues.

It's at 14 days as we speak. So once it goes in for the leaking oil again it will be the 4th time for the same issue & will more than likely get to the 21 days if not close.

How fast does this process take? (once lawyer involved?) I have sent the certified letters that I was suposed to with no response. Just trying to find where I went wrong.

Yes but in NC the vehicle cannot have a gross weight ratio over 10 thousand pounds we tried with my wifes chevy and it was kiccked out for this.
