Pullrite hitch brackets
Apparently it is the overload spring brackets that are welded to the frame that is causing the problem for them. Since they won't be moving those, they are going to have to be creative. They figure a couple of weeks. I twisted their arms a bit since my trailer is dead in the water so to speak and I would like to get at least a couple more weekends in before I store the thing. I have a brand new 25,500 Super 5th sitting in my garage waiting for the base rails and brackets.
I don't see using univeral style L brackets due to the enclosed box frame. I wonder how Dodge installed the goose neck balls on their test trucks.
Cheers, Casey

Can you keep us posted on the Pull Rite hitch. Have a 3500 SB on order and want to put an automatic sliding fiver hitch in it. I got the instructions on the 2002 and earlier Rams from Pull Rite and to install the 25,000 lb capacity hitch, it required moving the overload spring hanger and drilling a cou ple of new holes in the frame to mount it. Hope their new version will mount without any frame drilling. Kinda worried about all this. Thanks in advance.
