Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I have the Rancho RS9000 shocks with the cab controller. The cab controller has been leaking air for some time. I had the shocks installed by a camper shell (cap) dealer that also installs suspension parts.
I contacted them to see if they could help with the problem. They seemed not to know what to do. I left several messages and they did not get back with me.
I decided to call Rancho and when I explained the problem, the tech decided to UPS some o-rings to my house at not charge to me. I received them in two days, installed the o-ring and the problem was fixed.
Now that is after sales support!
