I have seen southern Ca. clubs... and I have seen northern Ca. clubs. . but what about a central valley club??????

Anybody have any input?????

Come on over Rick! We meet about every two weeks at the Basque Hotel. Best picons in the valley! Right now we have Dodge Cummins trucks and Mercedes Turbo diesels showing up, but everybody is a TDR member. We really need to get this group going, let me know what u figure out.

well we still meet, did you read the front page of the Fresno Bee this morning? Yah we need a real club, i have lots of customers that ask out it, we need to meet somewhere between Fresno, Visalia, and Hanford. Maybe like a pizza place or Supieror Dairy. Lets do it, you head it up Justin! I officially nominate Justin to head up this social gettogether/club/shindig thing, ... do i have a second on this motion?

thats where our TDR club has met for the last three years on Thursday at lunch time. But we need a little more sober place to meet for a bigger club, lol.

How many PPl do you thing Reb? i know a few and rick knows a few... you probably know a couple, give me some ideas here... just a get together and eat. or some ilegal streetracing? possable a tug o war???? do we allow cough "fords" cough. man i must be catchin cold... .

also DTR is going to be doing something down here around the first of the year from what i hear... . Chapter 27 is the cencal chapter... .

Reb, you should get a dyno put in your shop so we could have a dyno day!!!! or rick... in your driveway... . LOL

Nah, we need it kid friendly. Street racing is a little scary now. We can have a tug of war if the furds or dura-slugs come out. We really need to go to a place and get all the trucks to gether in a visible place and let people know about diesels and let them know we are here. It should be alot of fun. We don't want to be too close to lots of people or police, probably too much smoke, need lots of ventilation, lol.

You need to make that special trip down here for the dyno day on the 17th. I won't be able to make it to the actual dyno day but I will most likely be going there this weekend. This place is brand new, they know how to load their dyno properly and they have done diesels before, so this place looks like the hot ticket. Check out the thread in this local southwest chapter. They also have a website. I am stoked about this weekend, just need to get a game plan together for tuning since they offer 3 pulls and tuning time for their price.



Isn't there already a central valley chapter in exsistence? I thought it was called the Feather River Rattlers or something like that?? Maybe around Bakersfield?



Justin, you should come down for that day as well, more than 10 people needed and they throw a free BBQ and apparently give away some kind of prizes/gifts. Maybe they could give away one of the dyno girls on their website! :-laf

Rick, what about you? It's only a 2 hour drive down here for ya then another 20 mintues to the valley and the dyno shop. I would like to know what your twins are really putting out. Oo.

That weekend the truck is coming apart to go into the paint shop on the 19th. Like Justin said. . dont think mine will be on the rollers until I get to a shop that knows what they are doing.

The last roller shop said that they had done a few diesels before but after my run... I would not have layed money on it!

Currently I am trying to get the truck setup or cleaned up for MM show! Not going to do the S&S but its better to show up with a nice looking truck if your doing a business...

What kind of bad things do the dyno shops do that we should look out for?

If I go to a dyno what should I be watching for as far as do`s and don`ts?

That they have done a number of diesel trucks... . and they know how to load their dyno to make our trucks work and produce the hp/torque...
