****Let's RACE Houston****

I know this is really early but we have a chance to put together one bad a$$ race. November 2nd 2002.

Here's the deal, if you would come race or just attend this race, POST it here. I need to show the track manager that we have a large enough interest. Tell your non-TDR friends and I will post this everywhere I can today.

There will be bracket racing so if you are stock and want to race, do it! Let's see the numbers that I would expect from the Republic of Texas!

I'm off that weekend! Wow! Actually found an event that's scheduled on an off weekend for me ! If Gitchesum and MDW , Txdieselkid, and Merrick all say they're going, I'll make the long drive down to see them.

Sounds good to me. It would be my first time to make an event. It seems every time something is scheduled near me, I'm scheduled to head back off-shore. I'm almost tempted to see how my truck would do if there is a class for almost stock trucks. Either way, count me in.

Ya gonna have heads-up classes where we measure our times with an hourglass or maybe even a calendar? I've never "brake light raced" in my 54-year life, and I ain't starting now - to my generation, if you're standing on the brakes, it ain't drag racing! :-laf

I do not like to brake light race either. I did get used to it though. They will probably ask us what classes we want to run. I thought we'd get a lot more people on the PSD site wanting to race.

I hope I can make it - have a shutdown at the plant I work at (well, show up at anyway) during that time (Oct. 1 - Nov. ?).



You're right about the PSD guys, there seems to be a bunch of them that go regularly on Friday nights here.

The first weekend of the month is never a good time for me, but I will see what I can do to schedule around this event. I should have my DTT transmission rebuild by then

will have just as much fun taking pictures and

video as I will racing. All I have done so far

BOMBING is a PE 3 Light box. Good enough for

now with my stock clutch.



Of course we'll have to invite the PSD and DMax

fanatics out for some abuse!
