Trying to send a jpg og my truck with the boat but it's too big. Anyone help me out with resizing the pic. It's 220 kb.

Don't mean to turn this into a "How To" session, but what's the trick to posting images larger than 400 x 400 but less than 32K in size?

You have to link the image by clicking on the IMG box that appears with a bunch of other options when you make a post.

The image has to be hosted on another site to do that.

If you want to use an image from your own computer using the "Attatch File" route, then you have those restrictions.
