Let's talk about the Spring Texas Rally

We(Central Texas Diesel) are having our monthly meeting this Saturday. A priority at this meeting is discussion to start planning our annual dyno event for the Spring. I've talked to Lance from the Big D club. He has talked to Michael in Houston. We have an idea to revive the Texas Rally over a weekend in the Spring to coincide with our dyno event.



Last year we did not anticipate the overwhelming turnout. A Texas Rally should bring even more folks. This is for sure a full weekend of fun. Our little club here can't do it all so, I need to ask for help from some key individuals that can help organize a small piece of the event here and there.

Ok, I talked to Cody at A. R. T. and set a tenative date on the 2nd Saturday in April. I think it is the 12th of April. We are looking at a Dyno Day for Saturday that will be for all who want to attend, but we will be limited to a time frame as we ran the guys at A. R. T. ragged last year till 7:30 pm dynoing 73+ trucks.

We will be having a Big Dog Dyno on Sunday where you will have to prove 650hp> to compete. This could change as we are just starting to plan the event.
